  Myself and my daughter went into the store last Saturday and bought 2 Boys suit Jackets 2 Boys suit trousers and 2 Boys suit waistcoats all matching. When we got home we tried them on the boys and unfortunately one pair of the suit trousers were too small so we rang the store and spoke with "Jenny" who was very helpful who spoke to her manager who told her to check to see if she could find the size we wanted in another store or at the warehouse, she said there were 2 pairs on the system so she would try and get one of them for us , but to ring on Thursday to check! My daughter rang on Friday (today) to be told by the "not so helpful assistant manager " said that they knew nothing about the trousers or the request to get another pair and she will get the manager to ring her Saturday..... This is the second time we have had this problem from this store. I do think their customer service needs to be reviewed !!
